Become a Student Fellow

Although most Mark Twain Center events are open to the public, Student Fellows play a key role in the organization and its leadership. Alongside being first in line for special opportunities and invite-only events, Student Fellows also have a direct role in designing future events and programs. As a Student Fellow, individuals can have the chance to work closely with the executive board, Senior Fellows on the Trinity College faculty as well as the Executive Director. Student Fellows are expected to demonstrate an enthusiasm for the ideas of economic freedom and individual liberty, a level of intellectual dedication, and a high degree of professionalism. Decisions are rolling and applicants are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Non-accepted applications will be held and may receive further consideration when circumstances arise.

Becoming a Student Fellow alongside its benefits carries key responsibilities such as expected attendance to most events and meetings, writing blog posts, and contributing to leadership.
